Abstract The construction industry is one that contributes significantly to a country’s economic growth. A project successful if the implementation meets three components namely cost, time and quality. Project financing of important in activities define how much budget should be provided activity. Cost used for feasibility studies, design alternatives are possible, selection optimal project. Inaccuracy analyzing costs can have negative effect on entire process all parties involved. system dynamics approach simulation method solving real-world problems describe relationships among variables complex real systems. expected results from this research quantitatively form reinforced concrete work which influenced by direct indirect updated real-time. From results, graphical analysis through model output will obtained resulting scenarios compared. In addition, with sensitivity scenarios, it accommodate possible deviations occur future, including risk factors future.
